Long time paying user has become very disenchanted

Have used and paid for this app for several years but since starting the subscription version last year, Ive become very frustrated with it. Each update brings issues and does not address the existing ones.

The biggest problem is that it does not sync reliably across devices. Apart from the security of my data, syncing should be a primary goal. The "support" section of their website is useless and forget about actually hearing back from their support staff if you email them.

Have started looking for a replacement app. Not recommended at this time.
