Not worth the hassle

I have been charged month over month for this app and cannot use it because its a subscription through apple not agilebits. Agilebits points the finger at apple and keeps the account frozen because Im not paying through them while im still being charged for the service from apple? Not sure why you have to pay twice but all I want is to cancel it and get my money back.
