1Password is running an email Bully scheme

I have had this app for a couple of years but only recently started to really use it. I received an email from them about a week ago "Only 4 days left on your 1Password trial". I downloaded the FREE version. I have been emailing with them for a week for them to finally confirm the free version. And just now I have received an email saying "Your free trial has ended. And your account is now frozen." I am not sure what has changed but they are scamming you if you download the Free App. Dont.
