Bad company, bad service,

Not interested in good customer service, they just want to get you for as much money as possible. This was once a good company.

$5/month to store/scramble some 1s and 0s makes other monthly services seem like an amazing deal. Google drive lets me store GB of data for free(they also even encrypt it) Netflix is only a few dollars more.....
