Its been years I used this app and I really like it. I paid for 9.99$ and this app guarantee that I can use both Dropbox and iCloud sync over all of my devices. More than that, I can backup a local file just in case. Now, the dev got too greedy. They ditched out Dropbox sync in pc and keep pushing me to subscribe their expensive plans in addition to pro versions.

Update: I recently updated to the subscription family plan after communicating with Agilebits about several questions I had. I think the option offers some advanced options relative to the lincensed option, and one subscription can cover up to 5 family members- so the cost is very reasonable. The support continues to be great- very quick and thorough responses, and I really like to support companies which care about customer services- as Agilebits clearly does. ************** I changed to 1Password from a competitor I used for years when the latter did an update and had difficulties with bugs and responding to concerns. Glad I did. 1Password is great in both iOS and desktop versions. Excellent synching. Is constantly being improved, and users have option of getting betas as they are released. Finally, support is great. Very responsive to address questions as well to suggestions for improvements.

Hence the 4 IO 5 stars. Not sure what triggered this behavior but right after fingerprint authorization/touchid screen seems to flash for a second and then the app is frozen. Never had any issues before I have used the app for years now. Please fix! Thanks for otherwise great app.

Used to be a great app now doesnt work with Google Chrome

Got a new iPad and the vault cant be found on Dropbox. Non-existent customer service to make matters worse!!!

Please add the ability to change the icon of logins in the iPhone app. I know you can do it on the Mac, and I have, but I cant afford the trial and I want to make the icons look more pretty. Also, if you could add an option (like safari does) where a prompt appears at the bottom of the screen asking if you would like to save this password to keychain that would be awesome. Except in this case it would automatically add it to 1password. It would mean a lot and be really cool not to have to manually enter them in while safari can remember it with a puss of a button after being asked.

Perfect app for fotgetful people

You have to pay $10 if you want it to work on your Apple Watch. And once you do, dont expect it to work.... I paid my $10 to upgrade to pro, and all I can get on my watch is, "Add items from 1Password on your phone..." I have a 21 entries in 1Password on my phone. Apparently this is a problem theyve had for two years as Ive seen references to the problem from 2015, but they blamed it on the fact that the Watch was so new. Whats their excuse now? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on both the watch and the phone....but I get the same message when trying to use it on my watch. Even if they provide some answer that makes it work correctly, should it really be so difficult?

Never prompt you for reviews, warn you when a site may have been compromised, easy to use and gives you peace of mind that your passwords are safe and you dont have to reuse the same password.

I used the program and i used fingerprints. I had to reset the my iPhone and lost. Access to fingerprints.. The fingerprints are. On the same. Phone. No acess

I this installed on an iPhon6 and an iPad 4 . So far I have been unable to get either system going. It is possibly my fault as I misplaced the master password. I went through all the help files, but they all say to enter the master password before continuing. Help!!

They broke the safari plugin for iOS. Dev messaged me it works. Still broken. Login options for some sites only prompt 1password to allow me to fill in credit card info. Details: I go to pay my amazon store card and the extension only shows me my credit cards, but Im on a screen asking for my user name, not a gosh darned credit card. Worse to the apps bad judgement, I cant navigate to login credentials within the extension.

Works without flaws. An Essential app.

Had no complaints in the years Ive used this.

Great app, but is it necessary to go on ad nauseam about picnics in the update notes. I just wanted to quickly see what changed. What I got was 5 screenfuls (on my iPhone SE) of release notes talking about picnics. Just the facts maam. Great app!
