Touch ID doesnt work

With the recent update on 7/17/17 I cant unlock the app because Im required to enter my master password. I usually have this app default to Touch ID so I dont have to remember my password...so frustrating! Touch ID isnt even an option which is weird because it was before the update. Please fix this!!

You need this

Ive used 1P for years, on both Mac & iOS. Trust it completely. Has all the features you need to keep your secrets safe. Latest version allows TouchID to survive a reboot. Great feature! Bottom line, if you dont own it youre living dangerously.

Need suggestion or help

So once my 30day free trial do I have to or must go to the subscription or could stay with the free version? I do not want to paid. Please responds! ?

Data lost

Lost my data while editing a note and the screen got locked. After unlocking notes gone.

Excellent

Works great. Always synced up properly. Really is an essential app.

Great password management app

Best one Ive found. Integrates well with everything and syncs with Windows and OSX. Only complaint is how long it takes the Safari addon to load, but that may be out of their control.

Great! Nothing more needs to be said.

See the title :)

Has good features but DO NOT BUY IN APP STORE

While I will agree that this app has some great features, & they would be a lot greater if AgileBits will give you all the relevant information at the outset. Unfortunately, however, you dont get all the information and recovery aids to avoid losing your password unless you buy this App directly from AgileBits website and subscribe to their annual service plan. I will note that I purchased this App about a year ago & paid for all the extra upgrades that were available in the App Store, so maybe they are doing a better job with the App Store buyers now, but I certainly dont see it. Over the last year, I have added over 300 passwords for iPhone, iPad, computer and other non-computer resources - the App does a very good job of storing & managing your passwords until until you have a problem; at that point, if you did not buy their annual subscription with the related support aids, then you are DOA. In my case I was using 1Password on an iPad & an iPhone - and the two devices mirrored each other perfectly. I also had both devices set up with fingerprint access so that I would not have to go through the process of entering multiple codes to access my passwords every time I wanted to log into a password protected website or get access to other important information I stored in 1Password. At some point, however, I noticed that I did not recognize the Master Passcode in the iPad App it had apparently gotten changed or altered at some point without any internal record of the change or my recording it. Moreover, since the iPad was syncing with the iPhone, it changed the Master Passcode on both devices and the only way I could access either device was using the fingerprint (actually since the devices were syncing with each other the Master Passcode could have been changed on either device & it auto synced to the other device). Fortunately, the fingerprint access still worked on both devices so I figured I would work with AgileBits support staff to figure out the best way to either fix the Master Password or migrate my information to another solution . I contacted the AgileBits support staff, who chided me for posting a question in their forum as well as writing an email, & then advised that I needed to set up a trial 1Password account and transfer my data into it - While this would not reset the master password for me, the support rep said I would still be able to access my info on any device using the finger print access since it was still working. So I followed the Reps instructions to set up a on-line trial database and transferred my iPad database into the new on-line trial database & . . Yes, you guessed it - now the fingerprint access it gone & I am still locked out of the database without any way to access any of the information so that I am locked out of all 300+ passwords. Of course, the question now is whether I want to pony-up $36 a year to subscribe AgileBits premium on-line service & get the support that I should have had after buying all the extra purchases in the App Store??????

Solid application

I have used 1Password for several years. Works great. No problems

Amazing password keeper

I use 1Password on both my Mac and my iPhone for over a year now. Its safe to say that along with my web browser its the one single app I wouldnt give up. The workflow is great, its quick to find a password. The new automatic copy to clipboard of 1 time password for 2FA is a very helpful addition. Saves a lot of time. Keep up the great work!

Accidentally deleted app

Ugh. Way too easy to accidentally delete apps on iPhone, and trying to figure out if I can restore the passwords saved on 1Password is confusing

Essential app on all my devices!

Best password manager, period!

Review of License version ONLY

As long as my license version of 1Password is supported, I will remain a devoted customer (yes, I would purchase an updated license version if it was offered). I respect 1Passwords right to transition its monetization scheme to a subscription model. But, the cost of that service is too great compared to other highly rated password services-one of which charges $1/month for similar functionality to 1Passwords subscription that costs $3/month (this is 1Passwords discounted annual subscription rate). As things stand, Ill be dropping 1Password when my only option is its pricy subscription plan.

Great

This app helps me keep track of my many passwords

Must have app

I dont know what I would do without this app.

No More Senior Moments

Love this app recommended by my son. I dont forget my password anymore and its easy to add new logins. Im fond of secure notes too. Highly recommend this app. ?

Future and privacy issues

I use 1Password on Mac from the very beginning. Back then it was a great program. But now with their new cloud model, and even if the developers promise to keep a local version active, I still cant trust them with my personal info. Everything they are saying sounds like a bunch of lies. So thats it, its Apple Keychain again. Not perfect, but at least it feels safer.

Great pass manager, sync error w icloud

I have added nearly 100 logins seamlessly with this app, and, because Im forgetful, 1password has been a life saver. But one time the app got deleted from my phone, and after redownloading it, it had an error syncing with icloud, in which all my passwords were backed up to. If I am able to recover my passwords, this app would be 5 stars. Sadly, the lack of a reliable icloud backup has caused me to stop using this app for the meantime.
