Hands down the best password manager for Mac and iOS ... period.
Hands down the best password manager for Mac and iOS ... period.
After the trial period is over your account is frozen and it will cost you $48 a year. Im sure there are other similar apps out there for less.
If you are running a small business, or really even if you have a large online presence this is an absolute must have. Worth every penny for syncing across devices.
Setup Dropbox with 2 Step Authentication, preferable with the Authy app. Then setup 1Password to sync with Dropbox. Each system while working together is then secure and isolated. Even if someone gets my Dropbox they dont get my passwords. If they get my passwords they dont have access to my Dropbox. Security! Much better than a cloud solution that says we will secure and sync everything for you.
Cant get along without this. Useful everyday.
App was great as a free app. When I had to pay it was just an average app.
Using password manager finally let me to following password management best practices, i.e. not reusing password and frequently changing passwords without significant overhead. I like how its so well integrated into iOS: you can use it to fill in password without leaving Safari or another app. I wish it could also be used as for software rsa codes generation for 2 factor authentication.
Its the best thing ever - really helps me and my workflow and keeps my account secure. Super critical to anyone who wants to be productive and not waste time on passwords.
Its more important than ever to have secure passwords. Keeping track of all of your passwords as well as your family passwords is easy with 1password. The addition of Touch ID on iOS makes life even easier. Stay secure.
I say its useless because I downloaded it from my Apple Watch market and apparently to use it on my watch I have to pay for it now. Yet it was marked as free
Love this app! Highly recommend!!
Simple to use but packed full of features! Without a doubt one of my most used and reliable apps ever!
This app was a great app for the working person who could never remember all their passwords and it helped that I could use touch id for it instead of a password. Only problem is the app decided to stop allowing touch id as a sign in option and after trying every password I could think of, trying every "help" source, and consulting the internet, Ive had to just delete the app to "reset" the account. The problem with this is that it doesnt save the passwords so that means I have to reset every password for every site I use if I dont remember the password. I dont think Ill get the app again for fear of it stopping use of touch id next time. Tip for the makers: give the option to reset the typed master password to an email or something.
This app doesnt just remember passwords. It will help you create strong passwords, track wifi router passwords, passport info, bank info email account logins and more. Hardly a day goes by when I dont access this app and say thank you!
Works only sporadically. Customer service is nonexistent. Hard to use when it does work and maddeningly inconsistent. AVOID THIS APP
Crashes every time I switch to a different folder. Ive waited patiently for an update for several weeks but no update.
I use 1Password everyday. Its awesome.
This app is great. I use it every day. This is definitely a must have if your interested in securing your information. It seems like they are going to a subscription model. If that becomes the only option I will have to give up my beloved 1Password. I hate subscribing to services. It causes me to think about if "Im really getting my moneys worth" every month. With cable TV, streaming music, Hulu, Sirius radio and other services if I dont feel Im getting my moneys worth every month I cancel and move on to something else. I have never gone back to a service Ive moved on from. I have a lot of friends who feel the same way. I would much rather pay $20 - $30 one time purchase. I wouldnt even mind paying for an upgrade every now and then if the features are compelling. In the mean time Im going to research alternatives because the subscription model isnt for me.
My phone bricked and I was still able to retrieve information with new phone and re-download. Small footprint and intuitive.
1Password is indispensable. If youre at all concerned with keeping your online accounts secure, then stop what youre doing and get this app.
