1Password - Password Manager and Secure Wallet App Reviews

More than satisfied. I have been using 1Password since 2014 and have watched it evolve into a better product every day. This app is used more than most of Apples stock applications. It has earned a place in my dock. Thanks for making security so easy!

1Password is an essential app for anyone that has to use passwords. Now we just need more apps to integrate with it better.

I did not read what was being "updated" with the last update and now Im seriously worried. Does this really mean Im gonna lose all my passwords unless I sign up for monthly payments??? This is ridiculous.

Trusted convenience

I loved this app. Now Im getting an error, stating that I need to upgrade to the new app. Unfortunately they did a terrible job allowing the old and the new app to sync to each other.

Ive had this app for over a year and Ive bought in to everything it offers. I have iOS and desktop apps so every time I login, Im expecting it to help. It doesnt and Im really not sure what this does for anyone. It creates duplicate logins, it requires my onepassword password to get a password, which doesnt save me time. It doesnt integrate with APIs to enable login on an app or web service, all it really seems to be is a log of your passwords... that creates duplicates. I dont know, doesnt do anything for me and for what I paid, I expect a lot more than a list of accounts.

When I upgraded to IOS 10.2 I was unable to access the data, passwords, logins, etc. in my master password sections. I emailed 1password tech support but have not heard ANYTHING back. It is infuriating being locked out of my own private data! I will update this review if anything changes.

I used to be a very satisfied customer. I have 1Password on my phone and on my computer. The only thing that didnt work so well was the syncing of passwords over wi-fi or iCloud. 1Password advertised the account option as an easier way to keep all passwords in sync, so I tried it out. The only thing I missed (maybe it was in fine print) was that the account option required a monthly subscription charge. I didnt realize this until a month later when the trial period ended and my account was locked. I wrote to Agilebits requesting that I be allowed to switch back to the previous configuration, but I have not gotten a response. I feel like I was tricked.

It does what it says it does with the bare minimum of hassle and difficulty. Top tier app.

Its amazing its efficient,useful and simple all you have to do is make a master password then your in then all you have to do is put the website and put in your username and password

Wow its really expensive. 3.99 a month for something that you can make with own iPhone notes. No way.

I really really liked this app and used it all the time. I just updated it and now my entire account is lost! I cant recover it because I used it only on my phone. Now I will Have to reset a bunch of passwords because I cant remember them. I am very frustrated.

1password is VICTIM TO GREED AND CAPITALISM!!! Absolutely NO WAY!! Been using for years! Already paid enough with upgrades to be a lifetime user without paying more. Dont buy this service!

Not interested in good customer service, they just want to get you for as much money as possible. This was once a good company. $5/month to store/scramble some 1s and 0s makes other monthly services seem like an amazing deal. Google drive lets me store GB of data for free(they also even encrypt it) Netflix is only a few dollars more.....

Just perfect

The program does the same thing free programs do. However, attempting to cancel the required subscription took 30 minutes. Too bad for them Im persistent.

Everything just works as it should; its easy to use and secure.

I know dont use the same password for any two logins. I can use different, lengthy, complicated, secure passwords for banking, credit cards, health apps...and different, slightly easier ones for everyday apps. And the various lock setting make me feel safe enough that even if my phone gets hacked while Im using it or stolen, Im confident 1Password would keep my data safe.

I have been using this app on iPhone for about 2 months. Its very easy to use and handles all my passwords. I like the paste feature. I would recommend it to everyone.
